ORDINANCE NO. 13,151
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Subsection (a) - Z -2995 - described as Lots 11 and 12, Block 8, Ruebel
and Leymer Addition to the City of Little Rock, from "B" Residence District to
"I" Light Industrial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -3003 - described as the W-'�, Block 36 and north
50 ft. of V1 of Block 37, Santa Fe Park Addition, and the south 20 ft. of Grove
Street adjacent, from "A" One- family District to "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (c) - Z -3008 - described as Lots 5, 6 and 7, Block 30,
Phillips Addition, and Lots 1, 10, 11, the north 36.5 ft. of Lot 2 and the north
22 ft. of Lot 9, all in Block 7, Plunketts Second Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, from "B" Residence and "F" Commercial Districts to "D" Apartment
District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it is
hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
