AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Subsection (a) - Z -2990 - described as part of SWk, NE'k and part
of SEk, NW'k, Section 17, T -1 -N, R -12 -W Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly
described as follows: Begin at the NW corner -of the S_1 /3 of the S 1/2 of the
NEk Section 17, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, thence South 057' East 217.4 feet, thence North
78'38' West 281.1 feet, thence North 10.01' East 698.3 feet to a point on the
North Right -of -Way line of Missouri- Pacific Spur Track, thence North 82'29' West
along said Right -of -Way line 232.5 feet, thence North 2 °10' East 317.4 feet to a
point on the South Right -of -Way line of the Missouri - Pacific Railroad Track,
thence South 66 °00' East along said Right -of -Way line 286.6 feet, thence South
70'34' East along said Right -of -Way line 836.1 feet, thence South 5 °12' West
505.5 feet, thence North 87'43' West 637 feet to the point of Beginning, containing
15.01 acres more or less. From: "I" Light Industrial District To: "K" Heavy
Industrial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2987 - described as all of that part of the Wk
NE'k, Section 22, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas; lying west of the
centerline of Brodie Creek and North of the northerly right -of -way line of
Col. Glenn Road, containing 10.42 acres more or less. From: "A" One - family
District To: "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it is
hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
