AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Subsection (a) - Z -3071 - described as Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 24,
Cunningham's Addition. From: "B" Residence District To: "F" Commercial
District.
Subsection (b) - Z -3072 - described as part of the SEk SEk SEk
SWk, Section 6, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Little Rock, Arkansas, described as: starting
at the southwest corner of the SEk SEk SEk SWk, Section 6; thence east along
the south line of.said SEk SEk SEk SWk, 165.0'; thence N30.0' to the point of
beginning; thence continue north 135.0'; thence W100.0'; thence north 145.0';
thence east 251.2'; thence S280.0'; thence west 151.2' to the point of begin-
ning, containing 1.3 acres. From: "B" Residence District To: "E -1" Quiet
Business District, less and except the S135 ft. of the E151.2' thereof,. From
"B" Residence District To: "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
