AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF
THE LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS "MECHANICAL CODE"
AND THE SOUTHERN STANDARD BUILDING CODE RE-
LATING TO BONDS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section 30 -6 of the Little Rock, Arkansas
"Mechanical Code" provided for by Section 30 -6 of the Code
of Ordinances is hereby amended to delete the requirement
of a $2,000.00 bond for persons, firms and corporations
engaged in work therein referred to.
SECTION 2. Section 106.2 of the Building Code of the
City of Little Rock as adopted and amended by Section 25 of
Ordinance #12,649 is hereby amended to delete therefrom the
requirement of a $1,000.00 bond to be posted by persons, firms
or corporations engaged in the work therein referred to.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
