AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND/OR REPEALING
CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 12 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, SAME BEING THE ELECTRICAL CODE OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section 12- 2(g)(4) of the Code of Ordinances,
being a part of the Electrical Code of the City of Little Rock
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(4) The Circuit supplying electric ranges or dryers
shall have an insulated neutral."
SECTION 2. Section 12 -15 of the Code of Ordinances,
being a part of the Electrical Code of the City of Little Rock
is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
