AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 800 BLOCK RESERVOIR ROAD, EAST
SIDE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Z- 2216 -A - described as part of the SW'k SW'k, Section 351 T -2 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
beginning at the northwest corner of said SW'k SW'k; thence S87° 30' E504.82 ft.;
thence SO1° 54' W427.56 ft.; thence N870 24' W94.15 ft.; thence S020 15' 37"
W1.65 ft.; thence N870 30' W414.05 ft.; thence NO2° 15' 37" E429 ft. to the
point of beginning. From: "D" Apartment To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
