AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 10720 RODNEY PARHAM ROAD
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Z- 2535 -B - described as part of Block 4, Booker Heights Sub-
division, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, that part of Green Street
(Closed) lying adjacent to said Block 4 on the North, the EZ of Pruit Street
(closed) lying adjacent to said Block 4 on the west, and a part of a 10 ft.
North -South alley (closed) lying in the center of said Block 4, all more
particularly described as: beginning at the intersection of the north right-
of-way line of Green Street (closed) and the west right -of -way line of Battle
Street; thence south along said west right -of -way line, 210.0 ft.; thence
N890 08' W 295.0 ft. to a point on the centerline of Pruit Street (closed);
thence north along said centerline, being 10 ft. west of and parallel with the
west line of said Block 4, 200.0 ft. to a point on the centerline of Green
Street (closed); thence N89° 08' W along said centerline, 10.0 ft. to a point
on the west right -of -way line of Pruit Street (closed); thence north along
said west right -of -way line, 10.0 ft. to the northwest corner of the NWk NWk,
Section 34, T -2 -N, R -13 -W; thence S89° 08' E along the north line of said NWk
NWk, said north line also being the north right -of -way line of Green Street
(closed), 305.0 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 62,043 sq. ft. or
1.4473 acres more or less. From: 'IMF 18" Multi - family District To: "F"
Commercial District, less and except the north 25 ft. of the tract to remain
Single - family District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
.SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
