AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO SATISFY
JUDGMENTS IN CERTAIN CITY LAWSUITS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $18,441.75 is hereby appropriated
from the unexpended balance of the General Fund to satisfy
judgments entered by the United States District Court in two
lawsuits against certain elected officials and employees of
the City of Little Rock, as follows:

Lieutenant W. E. "Sonny" Simpson, Plaintiff
