BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
ap SECTION 1. The Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,

Arkansas is hereby amended by adding a section to be numbered 39- 154.2,

o which said section reads as follows:
>4 "No person shall drive or park any vehicle, except
a authorized emergency vehicles, upon the following
a streets, except at crossings designated as such by
the City Engineer:
WW Main Street between Third and Fourth Streets
W4 (Main Street between Blocks 76 and 4, Original
City of Little Rock) ;
Main Street between Fourth and Sixth Streets
(Main Street between Blocks 74 and 75, Blocks
5 and 6, Original City of Little Rock);
Main Street - between Sixth and Seventh Streets
(Main Street between Blocks 73 and 7, Original
City of Little Rock) ; and
Capitol Avenue between Louisiana and Scott
Streets (Capitol Avenue between Block 75 and
5 and 74 and 6, Original City of Little Rock)
which shall henceforth be used by the public for
pedestrian traffic and other uses authorized by
Act 162 of the 1973 General Assembly of Arkansas,
as amended. In order to facilitate the improvement
of the above streets for such purpose by Metrocentre
Improvement District No. 1, the Department of Com-
munity Services may, at its option, waive any pro-
visions of Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
