AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR WIDENING
A PORTION OF BOND STREET; AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Waste Water Utility Service
is presently engaged in sewer construction on Bond Street,
between East 6th and East Ith Streets; and
WHEREAS, street widening at the said location is scheduled
as part of future Capital Improvements and such widening can
be done at this time in conjunction with the said sewer construc-
tion for approximately $4,500.00.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $4,500.00 is hereby appropriated
from Special Projects Account #699- 8525 -8.02 to defray the
cost of widening Bond street, between East 6th Street and East
7th Street in the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
