HomeMy WebLinkAbout13281ORDINANCE NO 13,281 AN ORDINANCE EMPLOYING ENGINEERS TO PROVIDE SERVICES FOR THE RELOCATION OF FIRE ALARM FACILITIES NECESSITATED BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF I -630; APPROPRIATING FUNDS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. The firm of Charles E. Deitz, Consulting Engineers, Inc., to make surveys, prepare the necessary plans, specifications, drawings, cost estimates and other services necessary for the relocation of Fire Alarm facilities from Dennison Street to I -30, which removal is necessitated by the construction by the Arkansas Highway Department of I -630. SECTION 2. The sum of $20,608.32 is hereby appropriated from the unexpended balance of the General Fund to defray the cost of the engineering services authorized in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage. PASSED: May 3, 1977 ATTEST: APPROVED : City Clerk Mayor
