ORDINANCE NO. 13,283
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Subsection (a) - Z -3127 - described as Lots 11 and 12, Block
4, Faust's Addition, and Lots 7,8, 9 and 10, Block 4, Marshall and Wolfe's
Addition, all of Block 3, Marshall and Wolfe's Addition, all of Block 2,
Marshall and Wolfe's Addition, Lots 1,2,3, 12 and the N'k of Lot 11, Block 10,
Marshall and Wolfe's Addition, Lots 4,5,6 and the N35' of Lot 8, Block 11,
and Lots 4,5,6,7 and 8. Block 2, Marshall and Wolfe's Addition, and Lots 9,
102112 12 and the E'k of Lots 1,2 and 3, Block 11, Marshall and Wolfe's Addi-
tion. From: Various To: "E -1 " Quiet Business District.
Subsection (b) - Z -3126 - described as a tract of land
situated in part of the NE'k SW'k, Sec. 19, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Ark.,
and being more particularly described as follows: commence at the southwest
corner of the NE'k SW'k of said Sec. 19 thence east along the south line of
said NE'k SW'k 227.20 ft. to the point of beginning; thence N00' 00' E 203.95
feet to a point on the south rights -of way line of Mabelvale Road; thence
N65' 11' 36" E 197.64 ft. along said south rights -of -way line to a point;
thence continue along said south rights -of -way line northeasterly along a
curve to the left, having a radius of 185.00 ft. and a chord bearing and
distance of N55' 43' 53" E 60.83 ft. to a point; thence S00' 19' 22" E._,
56.60 ft. to a point; thence S89' 58' 00" E 105.19 ft. to a point on the
west rights -of -way line of Gum Springs Road; thence SOO* 20' 58" E 74.57 ft.
along said west rights -of -way line to a point; thence N89' 58' 47" W 105.23
feet to a point; thence S00' 25' 03" E 74.51 ft. to a point; thence N90' 00'
W 50.26 ft. to a point; thence S00' 32' 50" W 115.32 ft. to a point on the
south line of said NE'k SWk; thence N90' 00' W 179.60 ft. along said south
line to the point of beginning. Said tract containing 1.41 acres more or

Subsection (c) - Z -3107 - described as Lots 8,9 and 10,

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
