AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LABETTE DRIVE AT LABETTE
MANOR IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMEND-
ING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Z -3122 - described as commencing at the southwest corner of the
NWk of Section 11, T -1 -n, R -13 -W, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, for the point of beginning; thence S89' 22' west 328.92'; thence SO°
08' east 130 ft.; thence N89° 52' east 35 ft.; thence SO 08' east 120 ft.;
thence S890 52' west 35 ft.; thence SO' 08' east 30 ft.; thence southwesterly
329 ft., more or less to a point on the west line of said NW'k 266.9 ft. north
of the point of beginning; thence south 266.9 ft. to the point of beginning.
From: "A" One - family District To: "IT 12" Multi - family District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
