HomeMy WebLinkAbout13288ORDINANCE NO 13,288 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR MAKING IMPROVEMENTS AT THE NEW LANDFILL SITE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. The sum of $150,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund in order to commence development of the new sanitary landfill in contem- plation of a scheduled July 1, 1977 operation date. These said improvements are part of a number of improvements planned for said landfill, the total cost of which is estimated at approximately $500,000.00. The said landfill is a parcel of land lying west of Ironton Cutoff Road described as the northeast 4 of the Northwest 4 of Section 16; the Southeast 4 of the Southwest 4 of Section 9; the Southwest 4 of the Southeast 4 of Section 9 and the Northwest 4 of the Northeast 4 of Section 16, all in Township 1 South, Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage. PASSED: May 17, 1977 ATTEST: APPROVED: City Cle Mayor
