3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
4 EXECUTE DEEDS FOR THE SALE OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY ON
5 THAYER TO CARTER RADIATOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, this property is vacant property, and
8 WHEREAS, this property must be maintained by the City.
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
10 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
11 Section 1. Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute deeds for the sale of
12 property described as 10 feet west and 75 feet south of Carter Radiator on Wright
13 Avenue and Thayer Street, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
14 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item,
15 sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid
16 or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
17 portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
18 declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
19 resolution.
20 Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances and resolutions are hereby repealed to the
21 extent of such inconsistency.

SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, an Arkansas municipal corporation, Grantor, duly authorized by a resolution of
its Board of Directors, for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10) and other valuable consideration,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey
unto D. L. Taylor and Kandra Taylor, Grantee, all of Grantor's right, title and interest
in and to the following described lands in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas:
See attached drawing and legal description.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Grantee and unto its successors and
assigns forever, with all appurtenances thereunto belongs. Grantor hereby covenants with
Grantee, subject to the above limitations, that it will forever warrant and defend the title to
said real property against all claims and encumbrances done or suffered by it subsequent to
being acquired by the Grantor, but against none other.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused this Special Warranty Deed
to be signed in its name and behalf by its Mayor and its corporate seal to be hereunto
affixed and attested by the City Clerk as of this 2 day of U Cf . 32004
