AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION (C) OF
SECTION 13 -13 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
PERTAINING TO FIRE PROTECTION OUTSIDE
THE CITY LIMITS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Subsection (c) of Section 13 -13 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock pertaining to fire
protection without the City limits is hereby amended to read
as follows:
(c) Ready to serve fee. The applicant shall pay in
advance to the City Collector an annual ready to serve
fee equal to the product of 3 mills times (X) the
assessed evaluation of the property covered by each appli-
cant as reflected by the tax records of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, or $100.00, whichever amount is greater.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
