AN ORDINANCE CLASSIFYING PROPERTY WITHIN THE
JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS AS PROVIDED FOR BY ARKANSAS STATUTES
19.2804.2 (ANNOTATED 1975- SUPP.)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION I. That the property described herein be
classified as "A" One- family District.

A tract of land located in Section 21, Township 2
north, Range 13 west, Pulaski County, Arkansas and being
more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the southwest corner of the southwest 1/4,
southeast 1/4, Section 21, Township 2 north, Range 13 west;
thence run north 0 degrees 37 minutes 30 seconds west along
the centerline of Woodland Heights Road, a distance of 20.5
feet to a point; thence run north 44 degrees 22 minutes 50
seconds east, a distance of 42.4 feet to the point of
beginning, said point being the intersection of the east
right -of -way of Woodland Heights Road and the northwesterly
right -of -way of Rodney Parham Road; thence continuing north
44 degrees 22 minutes 50 seconds east along the
northwesterly right -of -way of Rodney Parham Road, a distance
of 660.0 feet to a point; thence run north 45 degrees 37
minutes 10 seconds west, a distance of 660.3 feet to a point
on the east right -of -way of Woodland Heights Road; thence
run south 0 degrees 7 mintues 30 seconds east along said
east right -of -way, a distance of 933.47 feet to the point of
beginning.
SECTION II. That the zoning record of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, designated as District Map, be and is
hereby amended to the extent and respects necessary to
reflect the classification provided for in Section I hereof.
SECTION III. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
