ORDINANCE NO. 13,353
AN ORDINANCE CLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
SECTION I That the zoned classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
SUBSECTION - (a) Z -3162
Described as part of the SW 4 SW 4, Section 30, Township 1 N, Range 12
W, Pulaski County Arkansas being more particularly described as:
Starting at the SW corner of the SW 4 SW 4, Section 30, Township 1 N,
Range 12 W;
thence E 30.0 ft; thence N 519.56 ft. to the point of beginning; thence
N 0 degrees 07 minutes W 75.01 ft; thence N 89 degrees 50 minutes E
195.23 ft.; thence S 0 degrees 25 minutes W 87.50 ft.; thence S 89
degrees 50 minutes W 179.12 ft.; thence N 12.45 ft.; thence W 15.32 ft.
to the point of beginning. Containing 0.387 acres more or less from "A"
One Family District to "F" Commercial District.
SUBSECTION - (b) Z- 1004 -A
Described as part of the SE 4 SE 4. Section 27, Township 2 N, Range 13 W
Pulaski County Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of the SE 4 SE 4 of said Section 27; thence N
0 degrees 05 minutes E along the W line of the said SE 4 SE 4, 1329.67
ft. to the NW corner thereof; thence S 88 degrees 44 minutes E along the
N line of the said SE 4 SE 4, 928.32 ft.; thence S 0 degrees 58 minutes
10 seconds E 589.23 ft.; thence S 4 degrees 23 minutes 56 seconds E,
195.58 ft.; thence S 7 degrees 14 minutes 40 seconds W 237.90 ft.;
thence S 2 degrees 17 minutes 37 seconds W, 299.60 ft. to a point on the
S line of the said SE 4 SE 4; thence N 89 degrees 21 minutes W along the
said S line 913.07 ft. to the point of beginning from "D" Apartment
District to "A" One Family District.
SUBSECTION - (c) Z- 2848 -A
Described as a part of the NE 4 NE 4, Section 1, Township 1 S, Range 13
W, Pulaski County Arkansas, more particulary described as follows:
Commencing at the NE corner of the NE 4 NE 4 said Section 1; thence S 0
degrees 02 minutes E and along the centerline of Geyer Springs Road
226.12 ft.; thence N 89 degrees 54 minutes W 41.0 ft. to the W right -of-
way line of Geyer Springs Road and the point of beginning; thence S 89
degrees 54 minutes E 257.78 ft.; thence N 0 degrees 02 minutes E 186.12
ft. to a point on the S right -of -way line of Baseline Road; thence S 89
degrees 54 minutes E along said right -of -way line 126.68 ft.; thence S 0
degrees 02 minutes E 145.0 ft.; thence S 89 degrees 54 minutes E 131.4
ft. to the point of beginning containing 23,674 sq. ft. or 0.543 acres more
or less from "A" One Family District to "F" Commercial District.
SUBSECTION - (d) Z -3155
All of lots 1 through 5 and all of the N 100 ft. plus or minus of lots 6
through 11 all and Block 15 Clinton Park Addition from "B" Residence
District to "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION II That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "district map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION III That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
