AN ORDINANCE SETTING APPLICATION FEES FOR PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT SUBMITTALS TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The fee for the preliminary development plan is
$125.00 for less than 10 acres, $175.00 for 10 -160 acres and $250.00
for applications over 160 acres.
SECTION 2. The amounts to be refunded for preliminary plan appli-
cations withdrawn prior to Planning Commission action shall be as
follows (subdivision and rezoning);
1) 75% (of fee paid) if withdrawn during first week after
docket closing.
2) 50% (of fee paid) if withdrawn during second week after
docket closing (week of Subdivision Committee meeting).
3) 25% (of fee paid) if withdrawn during third week after
docket closing.
4) 0% (of fee paid) if withdrawn thereafter.
(Date of receipt of written notice of withdrawal from applicant shall
be date used to determine refund.)
There shall be no refunds of any portion of fees paid on applications
amended or denied in the review process.
SECTION 3. The fee for the final development plan is $100.00 plus
$1.00 per lot or acre (or portion thereof) for the final development
plan application, whichever is greater.
SECTION 4. The refiling of same, amended, or completely different
application on same, or any portion of same property after previous
action or withdrawal, shall be considered a completely new application
and fees charged accordingly.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
