AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE V,.SECTION (C)
OF THE LITTLE ROCK HOUSING CODE, SAME BEING
ORDINANCE NO. 13,304 PERTAINING TO THE PLUMBING
SYSTEMS OF ALL RESIDENTIAL DWELLINGS WITHIN THE
CITY LIMITS OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Article V, Section (C) of Ordinance No. 13,304
pertaining to plumbing systems of all residential dwellings
within the City limits is hereby amended to read as follows:
(C) Hot and Cold Water Supply. Every dwelling unit shall
have connected to the kitchen sink, lavatory, and tub
or shower an adequate supply of both cold water and
hot water. All water must be supplied through an
approved pipe distribution system connected to a
potable water supply.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
