ORDINANCE NO. 13,311
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE 900 BLOCK OF BARROW
ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z- 3021 -A /B - described as Tract 3, a tract of land located in the
Sk, Sec. 2, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows: commencing at the southwest corner of the SW'k SEk, Sec. 2, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W; thence N890 13' W 1269.75 ft.; thence north 277.21 ft.; thence east
150.00 ft. to the point of beginning; thence northeasterly along the north right-
of-way line of Riley Dr., 143.08 ft. (Radius = 1336.33, chord distance = 143.01,
chord bearing = N87° 00' E); thence N84° 00' E 90.00 ft.; thence northeasterly
along the arc of a curve to the left 311.67 (Radius = 744.03 ft., chord distance =
309.39 ft. chord bearing = N72° 00' E); thence north 468.00 ft.; thence W 142.00
feet; thence N63° 14' 15" W 481.09 ft.; thence S38° 01' W 133.00 ft.; thence S2'

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of-
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
