AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z- 2106 -D, described as a tract of land located
in the E2, Sec. 29, T -2 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as: commencing at the southeast corner of the NWk SWk, Sec. 33,
T -2 -N, R -12 -W; thence N1' 35' E 464.0'; thence N88° 43' W 687.21' to a point
on the east right -of -way line of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad;
thence N51° 41' W along said east right -of -way line 1237.63'; thence continue
along said east right -of -way line on a curve to the right having a chord bear-

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
