AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR COSTS OF
APPEALING A CASE TO THE ARKANSAS SUPREME COURT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That $250.00 is appropriated as the
City's share of the appeal costs in LRPD ex rel. Lee A. Munson,
Prosecuting Attorney, 6th Judicial District v. One 1977 Lincoln
Continental and Fred B. Sands, Pul. Cir. 77 -62. The Prosecuting
Attorney's office will pay the other costs involved and prepare
the briefs to be submitted under both the names of the offices
of the City Attorney and the Prosecuting Attorney.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
