AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO THE LITTLE
ROCK SCHOOL DISTRICT TO CONSTRUCT A RETAINING
WALL IN THE RIGHT OF WAY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Little Rock School District is granted
a franchise to construct a retaining wall in the right -of -way of
17th Street. This is to replace the old wall that was removed
during the widening of the street.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
