AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS AND AWARDING CONTRACTS
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE RAYMOND REBSAMEN /UNIVERSITY
PARK TENNIS CENTER COMPLEX; FOR EARTHWORK, PAVING AND
STORM DRAINAGE; TENNIS COURT; LANDSCAPING; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Capital Improvement Fund includes a Parks con-
tingency amount plus the interest earned on investments.
BE IT, THEREFORE, ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That $200,000.00 is appropriated from these
funds for:
(a) The construction of the Raymond Rebsamen /University
Park Tennis Center Complex;
(b) For earthwork, paving and storm drainage;
(c) For tennis court; and
(d) For landscaping.
SECTION 2. Bids have been taken as required by law for
the work to be performed and contracts are hereby awarded as follows:

Kinco Construction Company -
$427,707.00
2.
(b)
Ray Richardson Company -
$248,965.25
3. (c) Township Builders - $238,440.00
4. (d) Greenthumb Garden Center - $ 18,970.00
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
