AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 13,264
CODIFIED AS SECTION 31 -26 THROUGH 31 -33 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES PERTAINING TO THE
POLICE ALARM SYSTEMS
WHEREAS, procedural and administrative difficulties have
hampered "execution of the provisions of Little Rock Municipal
Ordinance Number 13,264, regulating and controlling police alarm
systems; and
WHEREAS, thorough study and analysis support the necessity
for legislative change and, therefore, repeal of the existing
ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 13,264 enacted April 5, 1977,
codified as Section 31 -26 through 31 -33 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, providing standards for and regulating
police alarm systems, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
