ORDINANCE NO. 13,489
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE 9600 BLOCK
OF KANIS ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and herby is changed as indicated:
Z- 2391 -D described as a tract of land in the southwest
1/4 of Section 2 and part of the southeast 1/4 and part
of the east 1/2 of the southwest 1/4 of Section 3, and
part of the northeast 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of Section
10, all in Township 1 north, Range 13 west, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated "district map" be, and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
