ORDINANCE NO. 13,488
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE
10,000 BLOCK OF COLONEL GLENN ROAD IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF'
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -3221 described as part of the northeast 1/4, northwest
1/4, Section 22, Township 1 north, Range 13 west, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, described as:
Starting at the southeast corner of the northeast 1/4,
northwest 1/4, Section 22; thence south 89 °, 40 minutes
west along the south line of said northeast 1/4,
northwest 1/4, 415.1'; thence north 1 °, 45 minutes west
along an existing fence 445.2' to the point of beginning;
thence continue north 10, 45 minutes west, 218.12' to the
south right -of -way line of Col. Glenn Road; thence south
810, 21 minutes east along said south right -of -way line,
287.21; thence south 00, 29 minutes west, 166.41; thence
south 88 °, 15 minutes west along a fence line 276' to the
point of beginning, containing 1.23 acres, and a tract of
land described as part of the northeast 1/4, northwest
1/4, Section 22, Township 1 north, Range 13 west, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, described as:
Starting at the southeast corner of the northeast 1/4,
northwest 1/4, Section 22; thence south 890, 40 minutes
west along the south line of said northeast quarter,
northwest quarter, 14' to a fence corner and the point of
beginning; thence continue along the south line of the
northeast 1/4, northwest 1/4; thence south 89 °, 40
minutes west, 401.11; thence north 10, 45 minutes west,
445.2'; thence north 880, 15 minutes east, 2761; thence
north 00, 29 minutes east, 166.4' to the south right -of-
way of Col. Glenn Road; thence south 630, 11 minutes east
along said south right -of -way 162.31; thence

the point of beginning, containing 4.55 acres more or
less, and a tract of land described as part of the
northeast 1/4, northwest 1/4 and part of the northwest

13 west, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as:
Beginning at the southeast corner of the northeast 1/4,

northwest 1/4, 141; thence northwesterly along a fence
line 375' to a fence corner; thence northeasterly along a
fence line 156.1' to a fence corner; thence northeasterly
18' to the south right -of -way of Col. Glenn Road; thence
south 490, 0 minutes east along said south right -of -way
157.71; thence along the south right -of -way south 420, 5
minutes east, 219.5'; thence south 460, 32 minutes west,
216.8' to a fence corner; thence south 30, 52 minutes
west along a fence line 128.47' to the south line of the
northwest 1/4, northeast 1/4; thence south 890, 40
minutes west along said south line 93.5' to the point of
beginning containing 1.98 acres more or less.

From "A" One Family District, and unclassified, to "I" Light
Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "district map" be, and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
