AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zoned classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
SUBSECTION (a) Z -3231
A tract of land described as all of Lots 11 and 12 of Block 6 of
Riffel and Rhotons Forest Park Highlands Addition - from "A" One
Family District to "C" Two Family District.
SUBSECTION (b) Z -3236
Described as a part of the southeast 1/4 northwest 1/4 of Section
32, Township 1 North, Range 12 west, Pulaski County, Arkansas. More
particularly described as: beginning at the intersection of the south
right -of -way line of Interstate Route No. 30 and the west right -of -way
line of Scott Hamilton; thence south 0 degrees 22 minutes west along the
west right -of -way line of Scott Hamilton Drive 200.0 feet; thence north
89 degrees 38 minutes west and perpendicular to said west right -of -way
line of Scott Hamilton Drive 211.03 feet; thence north 0 degrees 22
minutes east and parallel with said west right -of -way line of Scott
Hamilton Drive 188.21 feet to a point on the south right -of -way line
of Interstate Route No. 30; thence south 78 degrees 12 minutes east
along said south right -of -way line 73.47 feet; thence north 79 degrees
38 minutes east and continuing along said south right -of -way line
141.5 feet to the point of beginning containing 39,001 square feet or
0.89 acres + - from "A" One Family District to "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated District Map be and it
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
