AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
APPLICATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 43 -48.42 OF
ORDINANCE #13,340 TO VARIOUS PARCELS OF LAND
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. A planned unit development preliminary
application for development of the following lands lying
within the City of Little Rock, to wit:
A tract of land located in Block 10 of Fairgrounds
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
All of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of said Block 10,

containing 1.194 acres more or less.
From the present "I" Light Industrial District to Planned
Industrial District. It is hereby approved, subject to
the provisions of Section 43- 48.42(A).
SECTION 2. Any change in zoning classification
contemplated by this plan is conditioned upon the application
obtaining a final approval of the plan from the Little Rock
Planning Commission within the time specified in Section
43 -48.42 of Ordinance #13,340.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect upon final approval of this plan by the Little Rock
Planning Commission. Otherwise, it will be null and void.
