AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 1022 FAIR PARK BLVD.
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 1271 -A -- described as: A part of the northeast 4 southwest
4 southeast 4 southwest 4 of Section 6, Township 1 north, Range
12 west, more particularly described as follows: Commencing
at a point 250 feet south of the north boundary line and
14 feet west of the east boundary line of the above described
quarters being 100 feet south of the southeast corner of
three lots sold to Aaron Holloway; west parallel with and
100 feet south of the south boundary line of the said
Holloway lots and parallel with the north line of the above
described quarters, 150 feet to a point 100 feet south of
the southwest corner of the Holloway lots; thence south
50.0 feet; thence east 150.0 feet; thence north 50 feet
to the point of beginning described as a 50 foot wide by
150 foot deep lot lying at the northwest corner of the
intersection of West 11th at Fair Park Blvd.
FROM:3 -1 QUIET BUSINESS DISTRICT TO "F" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respect necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
