AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY AT 4615 HOFFMAN ROAD
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
File No. Z -3208 described as a tract of land in the W12
W2 of the NE4 NE4 NE4 of Section 30, T1N, R12W, and a tract
of land described as part of the NE4 of the NE4 of
Section 30, T1N, R12W, in Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the northwest corner of the NE4 of the NE4
of said Section 30; thence east along the north line
of the NE4 of the NE4 of said Section 30 a distance
of 449.1 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continuing east along the north line of NE4 of
the NE4 of said Section 30 a distance of 209.91 feet
to the northeast corner of the NW4 of the NE4 NE4
of said Section 30; thence south along the east line
of the NW4 of the NE4 NE4 of said Section 30, a distance
of 658.90 feet to the SE corner of the NW-14- of the NE4
NE4 of said Section 30; thence west a distance of 329.88
feet to the SW corner of the E2 of the NW-14 of the
NE4 NE4 of said Section 30; thence north along the west
line of the E2 of the NW4 of the NE4 NE4 of said
Section 30, a distance of 295.66 feet; thence east
parallel to the north line of the NE4 of the NE4 of
said Section 30 a distance of 120 feet; thence north
of 363 to the point of beginning containing four acres
+ and a tract of land described as part of the E2
of the NW-14 of the NE4 of the NE4 of Section 30,
T1N, R12W, in Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is 181.5 feet south of
the NE corner of said E2 NW4 NE4 of Section 30;
thence east 120 feet; thence 181.5 feet; thence west
120 feet; thence north 181.5 feet to point of beginning
containing 2 acre more or less.
From "A" One Family District and "D" Apartment District
to "I" Light Industrial District less and except the
west 120 feet thereof to be "D" Apartments.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
District Map be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
