AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY ON RODNEY PARHAM ROAD,
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
File No. Z -3193 - A tract of land described as part of the SW4
SW4, Section 35, T2N, R13W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as:
Commencing at the SW corner of the SW4 SW4 of Section 35, T2N,
R13W; thence north along the west line of said SW4 SW4, 257.70
feet to a point on the north right -of -way line of Rodney Parham Road
thence south 75° 31' east along the said north &fight -of -way 447.77
feet to the point of beginning; thence north 14 29' east 1x3.01
feet; thence south 69 47' east 147.38 feet; thence south 6 47'
west 159 74 feet to a point on the said north right -of -way; thence
north 75� 31' west along the said north right -of -way 168 feet to
the point of beginning 0.59 acres +.
From "A" One Family District to "E -1" Quiet Business District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
District Map be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
