AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE 1100 /BLOCK WEST ON
HERMITAGE ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
File No. Z -3209 described as all of Lots 1 through 13 of
Office West Subdivision in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being a replat of Lots 35, 36, 45, and 46 of the West Highland
Subdivision, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
From "A" One Family District to "E -1" Quiet Business District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
District Map be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
