AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR COMPLETION
OF THE SANITARY LANDFILL; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $71,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund to provide
for the completion of work at the sanitary landfill. Attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" is an itemized account of work necessary
to complete said landfill.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
