AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
APPLICATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 43 -48.42 OF
ORDINANCE 13,340 TO VARIOUS PARCELS OF LAND
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; (8100 BLOCK
CANTRELL ROAD)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOAD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. A planned unit development preliminary
application for development of the following lands lying within
the City of Little Rock, to wit:
Z- 2904 -B - 8100 Block Cantrell Road
Described as part of the SW 1/4, SE 1/4,
Section 26, Township 2 N, Range 13 W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as: beginning at the NW corner of
the SW 1/4, SE 1/4, said Section 26; thence
S 890 14 minutes E along the N line of the
said SW 1/4, SE 1/4 398.18 feet to a point;
thence SE along the arc of a 286.48 foot
radius curve to the left; having a cord
bearing and distance of S 52° 19 minutes,
32 seconds E, 288.05 feet to a point;
thence S 00 16 minutes W, 526.41 feet to
a point on the N line of Section D of said
Sheraton Park Addition; thence N 89° .06
minutes W, along said N line, 627.0 feet
to the NW corner of said Section D, said
corner lying on the W line of the SW 1/4,
SE 1/4; thence N 00 16 minutes E along
said W line 698.22 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 9.42 acres more or
less, from various zoning classifications
to "PRD" Planned Residential District.
It is hereby approved, subject to provisions of Section
43 -48.42 (A).
SECTON 2. Any change in zoning classification contemplated
by this plan is conditioned upon the application obtaining a
final approval of the plan from the Little Rock Planning
Commission within the time specified in Section 43 -48.42 of
Ordinance 13,340.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect upon final approval of this plan by the Little Rock
Planning Commission; otherwise it will be null and void.
