AN ORDINANCE AMENDING IN PART ORDINANCE #12,856,
AS AMENDED, PERTAINING TO EMPLOYMENT, SALARY,
AUTHORITY, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF CARLETON E.
MCMULLIN, AS CITY MANAGER; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance #12,856, as amended, pertaining
to employment, salary, authority, duties and responsibilities of Carleton
E. McMullin, as City Manager, is hereby amended to the extent only of
changing the annual basic salary for said Carleton E. McMullin effective
January 1, 1978 to $41,170.00.
SECTION 2. Except to the extent as modifiedly this ordinance,
all other provisions of Ordinance #12,856, as amended, shall continue
in full force and effect and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
