AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTIES LYING WITHIN THE 2400
THROUGH 2700 BLOCK OF BARROW ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION I. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -3173 described as all of -the sw 4 of the sw 4 of section 11, township
Tn range 13 w except the west 110 ft. thereof from "A" One Family
District to "MF -12" Multi- Family District.
SECTION II. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "district map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION III. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
