ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE. VACATING AND ^

LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Direc-
tors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the
14th
day of September 19 7_.: -.-, asking the Board of
Directors to vacate and abandon part of Pryor Street in Windy
Oaks Subdivision to the City of Little Rock, as designated on the
plat of said subdivision now appearing on record in Deed Book
15_,, Page 27 in the office of the Recorder of
Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public ease-
ments in said street; and
WHEREAS, after due notices as required by law, the Board
of Directors has, at the time and place mentioned in the notice,
heard all persons desiring to be heard on the question, and has
ascertained that the street, hereinbefore described, has hereto-
fore been dedicated to the public use as a• street, as herein des-
cribed; has never been actually used as a street by the public
generally, subsequent to the filing of the plat; that all of the
owners of the property abutting upon the street to be vacated
have filed with the Board of Directors their written consent to
such abandonment; and that public interest and welfare will not
be adversely affected by the abandonment of such street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby
releases, vacates, and abandons all its rights, together with
the rights of the public generally, in and to the street desig-
nated as follows:
Begin at the Southeast Corner of lot 18, Windy Oaks

Subdivision; thence North 45*022 East, 35.39'; thence
North 0005' West, 45.71; thence South 89 055' West, 25.01;
thence South 0 °05' East, 70.7' to the point of beginning.
Also that part of the 25' radius at the Northeast Corner
of Lot 18, Windy Oaks Subdivision, shown on the plat so
that a continuation of the North line of Lot 18 inter-
sects the R/W dedications to form a continuous area with
Lot 18 and the above description.

SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the
City Clerk, shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of
Pulaski County and recorded in the Deed Records of the County.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
