ORDINANCE NO. 14,043
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
(a) Z- 3637 -A - described as the south 85 feet of
Lots 1 and 4, and all of Lots 5 through 8,
Block 18, and the south 20 feet of Lot 3, all of
Lot 4 and the south 85 feet of Lots 5, 6, 7, 8,
9, 12 and 13, and all of Lots 14 through 18, Block
20, and the south 125 feet of Lot 12, Block 26,
all in Factoria Third Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, and the unplatted part of
the NW 1/4 NE 1/4, Section 18, T -1 -N, R -11 -W,
lying south of the south right -of -way line of East
Roosevelt Road and north of the centerline of Old
Fourche Creek, all in the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas. From "R -2" Single Family District and
11I -2" Light Industrial District to "I -2" Light
Industrial District.
(b) Z -3669 - described as part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4,
Section 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of the NE 1/4
SW 1/4, said Section 33; thence west 20 feet to
the point of beginning; thence north 391 feet;
thence west 365.8 feet; thence south 05° 24' west,
187.7 feet; thence south 13° 03' east, 197.3 feet;
thence south 11.5 feet; thence east 300 feet to
the point of beginning. From "R -2" Single Family
District to "I -2" Light Industrial District.
(c) Z -3672 - described as the NE 1/4 NE 1/4,
Section 18, T -1 -N, R -11 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas. From "R -2" Single Family District and
"I -2" Light Industrial District to "I -2" Light
Industrial District.
(d) Z -3676 - described as Lot 16, Block 8, Capitol
View Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas. From "R -3" Single Family District to
"R -5" Urban Residence District.
(e) Z -3679 - described as Lots 5 and 6, Block 9, and
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 10, all in Ruebel and
Leymer Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas. From "R -3" Single Family District to
"I -2" Light Industrial District.
(f) Z -3683 - described as Lot 35, Triangle Properties
Industrial District. From "R -2" Single Family
District to "I -2" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
