ORDINANCE NO. 14,038
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT
OF THE MAP ELEMENT OF THE MASTER STREET
PLAN OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The map element is hereby amended to
provide for the deletion of the Sheppard Drive collector
street running east and west through Sections 19 and 20 of
T -2 -N, R -13 -W, and tied to the Peckerwood Road collector
street on the east.
SECTION 2. The map element is hereby amended to
provide for the introduction of a new collector street
running north and south between Black Street in Pankey
Addition and Hinson Road, said street to cross Section 19 of
T -2 -N, R -13 -W.
SECTION 3. The right -of -way and street improvement
standards for the subject new collector street shall be as
provided in Paragraph b, Section 1, of Ordinance #13,719.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
