AN ORDINANCE TO AN= LITTLE ROCK CODE OF ORDINANCES
SECTION 21 -13.1 (147) WITH RESPECT TO DISTRIBUTION
CENTIEMS; AND FOR MIER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That Section 21 -13.1 (147) of the Code of Ordinance
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby amended to read as
follows:
MANUFACTURER'S IN- TRANSIT DISTRIBUTION CENTER
OPERATION . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
(A facility which operates as a separate entity,
or in connection with, or as an extension of a
manufacturing firm, in which at least 66 2/3%
of the products are distributed outside the
state of Arkansas, shall be taxed on the in-
ventory of goods and products distributed in
Arkansas.
Section 2. That this aLnendnent shall be in full
force and effect fran the date of passage.
