AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED
COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED IN BLOCK 36, PULASKI HEIGHTS
ADDITION; SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS
ATTACHED THERETO; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That, pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a planned commercial
development is hereby granted for the property described
herein and the purpose indicated as follows:
(a) Z -3652, described as the east 78 feet of Lot 1,
Lots 2 through 16, Lot 17, less and except the
north 5 feet of the east 34 feet thereof and the
alley between and adjacent to Lots 4 through 17
inclusive, Block 36, Pulaski Heights Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for a grocery
store.
SECTION 2. That the development of this planned
commercial development be done in accordance with the site
plans and supporting documents approved by the Little Rock
Planning Commission in consideration of this planned
development.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
