AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1109 GILES STREET; SETTING FORTH THE
CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That, pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a conditional use
permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
(a) Z -3651, described as Lot 190, University Park
North, Plat #4, to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, for a day -care center in the "R -5" Urban
Residence District.
SECTION 2. That the development take place in the
format approved by the Planning Commission and the site plan
reviewed by the Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
