AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated.
(a) Z -3644 - described as: Lots 1 and 2, Sam Hill
Addition to the City of Little Rock from "I -2"
Light Industrial District to "C -3" General
Commercial District.
(b) Z -3648 - described as: Lot 24, Pine Forest
Addition to the City of Little Rock from "C -3"
General Commercial District to "R -3" Single Family
District.
(c) Z -3649 - described as: the East 60 feet of the
South 100 feet of the West 150 feet of Block 22,
Park Addition to the City of Little Rock from
"C -3" General Commercial District to "R -5" Urban
Residence District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
