AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBURBAN DEVELOPMENT PLAN
MAP, ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 13,874 FROM SINGLE
FAMILY TO SUBURBAN OFFICE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Suburban Development Plan Map was adopted on
September 24, 1980 showing "single family attached" along a
portion of Napa Valley, Hinson, and Hinson Loop Road; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has adopted
Resolution No. 1 of 1981 asking for an amendment to the Suburban
Plan along Hinson and Hinson Loop Road.
WHEREAS, the City recognizes the desirability of office
development in this area; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Suburban Development Plan Map is hereby
amended to delete the single family attached classification
westward along Hinson to Napa Valley and along a portion of
Hinson Loop Road (see attached sketch).
SECTION 2. That suburban office be shown on the plan along
the west side of Hinson Loop Road for a depth of approximately
240 feet and on the southeastern corner of Hinson Road and Napa
Valley Drive.
SECTION 3. That this amendment shall take effect and be in
full force from and after the passage of this Ordinance.
