AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ADOPTING
THE HEIGHTS /HILLCREST PLAN WRITTEN BY
THE OFFICE OF COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Office of Comprehensive Planning has
prepared a plan for the Heights /Hillcrest neighborhood to be
used as a guide for future land use decisions; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission endorses the plan,
thereby updating and expanding the Forest Heights Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Board recognizes the need for
comprehensive district plans to provide for proper growth,
neighborhood stabilization and neighborhood revitalization.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. The Heights /Hillcrest District Plan is
hereby adopted.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
