AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
SHACKLEFORD ROAD AND INTERSTATE #430
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -3632 - described as all that part of the SW 1/4,
NW 1/4 Section 10, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, lying N and W of the right -of -way of
Interstate Route #430 and E of the right -of -way of
Shackleford Road from "AF" Agriculture and Forestry
District to "0 -2" Office and Institutional District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
