AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR RELOCATION
OF THE EXTRATERRITORIAL PLANNING
JURISDICTION LINE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. Ordinance #13,557 is hereby amended for
exclusion of certain lands lying within five (5) miles of
the City limits of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
the redefining of the jurisdiction boundary line.
SECTION 2. The.extraterritorial planning boundary line
shall be legally described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is on the centerline of the
Arkansas River said point being at the intersection of
the centerline of the Arkansas River and the North (N)
line of Section One (1), Township Two North (T -2 -N),
Range Fourteen West (R- 14 -W);
thence westerly along the North (N) line of Section One
(1), Township Two North (T -2 -N), Range Fourteen West
(R- 14 -W), to the Northwest (NW) corner of the Northwest
one quarter (NW 1/4) Northeast one quarter (NE 1/4),
Section One (1), Township Two North (T -2 -N), Range
Fourteen West (R- 14 -W);
thence southerly along the West (W) line of the East
(E) one -half (1/2) of Section One (1), Township Two
North (T -2 -N), Range Fourteen West (R- 14 -W), to a point
on the line common to Sections One (1) and Twelve (12),
Township Two North (T -2 -N), Range Fourteen West
(R- 14 -W);
thence westerly along the North (N) line of Section

SECTION 3. The territorial boundary line be inscribed
on the attached map and said map be entitled "the planning
area map" of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
