HomeMy WebLinkAbout13988ORDINANCE NO. 13,988 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated: (a) Z -607 -A - described as Lots 7 and 8, Block 11, Woodruff's Addition to the City of Little Rock, from "C -3" General Commercial District to "C -4" Open Display District (b) Z- 2933 -A - described as Lots 14, 15 and 16, Block 8, Elmhurst Addition, from "0 -3" General Office District to "C -1" Neighborhood Commercial District. (c) Z -3612 - described as Tract 2 -A, being a replat of Tract 2, Colony West Commercial Subdivision, from "0 -3" General Office District to "C -1" Neighborhood Commerical District. (d) Z -3615 - described as Lot 11, Block 8, Elmhurst Addition, from "0 -3" General Office District to "C -1" Neighborhood Commercial District. (e) Z -3621 - described as the S 170 feet of the W 140 eof Tract 16, Arnold's Highland Acres Subdivision, from "0 -3" General Office District to "C -1" Neighborhood Commercial District. (f) Z -3623 - described as the E 1/2 of Lot 5 and all of Lots 7 and 8, Block 3, Pettifer's Addition, from "C -3" General Commercial District to "C -4" Open Display District. That the map referred to in Section 43 of the Code of Ordinnces of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
